CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER

Pensa Labs, maker of the D.I.Wire, the first and only benchtop CNC wire bender, is seeking a qualified, experienced marketer who has experience in B2B marketing - from lead generation, to channel marketing. We are are looking to elevate our business to the next level with the recent launch of our D.I.Wire Pro and D.I.Wire Plus. Candidates must appreciate the fast pace of a start-up, and work quickly to deliver high quality, relevant, emotionally connective marketing programs to the customer, through the different channels. This candidate will be responsible for leading and managing marketing across multiple verticals, and will be measured on marketing impact and effectiveness.
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing.
- Growing customer acquisition by developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activities for our sales team and our distribution partners.
Understanding the product and customer profile to develop and oversee the marketing plan for different verticals.
Trade Shows and Events planning and execution, including distributor events
Engage distributors to grow their sales goals
Cultivate relationships with key customers, verticals, thought leaders and associations.
Update marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and website.
Overseeing day-to-day marketing operations in both local and international markets.
Implementing channel campaigns in order to pursue aggressive growth targets.
Working closely with our collaborative engineering and customer success team to support an exceptional customer experience
Annual planning and ongoing monitoring of marketing spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and vertical.
Develop and ensure best practices to create a highly efficient sales organization
Thrive in an entrepreneurial start up environment. Strong self-direction, self-motivation and eager mindset
Have 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing in a management role.
Have a degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and an MBA would be an advantage
Experience in channel marketing and launching new hardware products.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience in business development and partnerships, with the ability to create and grow new business relationships
Experience in creating, managing marketing budgets, and reporting metrics on the success of marketing efforts
Understanding of customer segmentation, and a strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry.
Advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), SalesForce and CRM experience
Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to work in small teams and influence senior staff is essential.
Ability to travel
